Gaining a Queen's Commission, Joey retired from the Army as a Captain after twenty four years military service. Quickly rising through the ranks, he was decorated and commended for his distinguished service in operational and peacetime roles.

Trained to the highest level, in the design, delivery and evaluation of training, across a multitude of logistic, transport, management and leadership programmes, Joey is undoubtedly a subject matter expert and sector specialist.

He has been involved in the management and delivery of work based learning programmes and apprenticeships for over 10 years. Focussed and motivated, Joey leads by example, and prides himself on his common sense approach, he guarantees not to disappoint.
