Heather owns and manages both Smart Training Solutions Limited and Smart Rider Training Limited.

With nearly 25 years experience in business, Heather is an experienced Learning and Development Practitioner. She holds a number of regional committee appointments and is the elected Chairperson of the National Motorcycle Industry Trainers' Association. Heather prides herself on helping small to medium size businesses reach their potential and achieve their goals; she has been there, understands the requirement and is focussed on delivering it.
