Accredited Centre
If you are already delivering NVQ programmes and require Internal Verification support, we can help. We provide as much, or as little, support as you require.
Working in conjunction with your centre co-ordinator, we remove the difficulties of finding qualified and competent Internal Verifiers. Our Internal Verifiers will ensure your programmes meet the needs of your awarding organisations, and develop your assessors' abilities in that particular sector.
This leaves a true 'pay as you go' approach to programme delivery, providing quality support whilst reducing your costs. You decide on the required input, and we react to that direction by being integral to the programme or conducting a more 'remote solution'.
The day to day running of your programmes can be managed, quality assured, and delivered from anywhere in the country. Our Internal Verifiers will visit assessors, help them to develop, watch them assess, and provide clear, achievable, CPD opportunities based on industry requirements.
Need Accreditation to Deliver Programmes
Many companies are recognising the benefits of delivering NVQ or CBL programmes to their own staff, or to other companies and organisations. Some companies such as McDonalds and Network Rail have chosen to become accredited awarding organisations and have their training recognised nationally. The QCF framework provides you with many opportunities to recognise performance in the work place. The process of acquiring centre status can be a daunting one if you are not familiar with the requirements of the awarding organisation.
Smart Training Solutions will organise this for you, by producing the necessary paperwork, assuring all the criteria is met. We will liaise with the awarding organisation on your behalf, arrange for visits, and ensure you become a recognised provider in a time and cost efficient way. In addition, we will provide qualified associate assessors, to help you get started whilst you recruit and train, or grow your own existing staff. We can also assist in the recruiting and writing of job descriptions for your assessor personnel if required.
